Chris displayed outstanding skills during the installation of my entire HVAC system. His attention to detail and constant tutorials provided to me made me feel very comfortable. Chris and crew were very professional with the diagnosis, estimation, and repair work. They were prompt and as the business name suggests, reliable, among other things. The scheduling and completion of work was faster than originally expected and I was up and running in a few days with a brand new system complete with warranty which was filed by Chris himself, leaving no room for error on my part. My wife and I couldn't be more pleased with the quality and workmanship. The cost was very similar to other estimates also. Just had an incredible experience with Chris at Reliable Heating and Air. Chris came out to check out our location and gave us a full breakdown of what all he saw needed to be done. He also gave us several options for how we could fix the issues that needed to be addressed with our unit. Chris' work was not only fast, but incredibly high quality. He made an older walk-in cooler look and run like new. He also came out several times to check on it to make sure it was as perfect as possible. Chris is also an awesome person to talk to, and made the experience a learning opportunity for me as well. I look forward to working with him again in the future. 10/5 stars!!

Reliable Air was absolutely amazing! Chris is the BEST a/c repair specialist I've ever had the privilege of of being a customer. He was courteous, friendly and explained everything he was doing as I was there. I would very highly recommend him to anyone who asks.

My 25 year old heat pump finally gave up the ghost. It was a good run, but now my house was 85 degrees. I am at the age where I really need AC. Called Reliable based upon recommendation of a friend and not wanting to deal with those companies that always seem to to have make several returns after install. Chris from Reliable responded to the call and walked me through options and the process for a new unit. Two days later he shows up with new unit and is in and out in 4 1/2 hours. Sitting here in my nice cool house and have a very professional looking install. They are very neat and meticulous, it not only cools well but looks good. Very pleased with the outcome, very quick response to MY emergency, took time to explain everything and answer all my questions. Would highly recommend them for a new unit or routine service. We'll done Reliable!

Chris showed up less than 2 hours after I called him, pointed out several issues with the A/C system that came with my house and determined why my aging system was dead, showing me clearly what was wrong. He had a finance plan with a lower interest rate than I could find elsewhere and had the new system picked up and ready the day I agreed to his itemized proposal. He used quality parts, explained what everything did and most importantly, got us cooling fast in this late June heat. We found him professional and friendly, with exceptional work. I would recommend him to anyone needing A/C work.

Called for ac repair this morning. Thank Chris for the quick response. He came to check the unit and fix it right away. He explained and showed me what the problem was , and everthing he did. He is professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him.

Been doing business with Chris for a couple of years now. Chris came out to check on my units today. Professional and great customer service. Will definitely use again.

My System went out on Sunday , I called Chris Monday morning and he came out within an hour. Once he arrived he was very professional and let me know what the diagnostic charge would be. He proceeded to check my unit in the attic and outside. He not only located the issue quickly he also checked and found that part was still under warranty therefore at no cost to me. Which I really appreciated. In addition to completing the issue for the service call he also took care of some issues that the original installers failed to do. He also took pictures of the before and after of everything he did.
