A progressive leader with over 20 years of experience in Facilities and Industrial maintenance. Including supporting nuclear class submarines as a machinist in the United States Navy, and leading Boeing’s teams implementing repairs on production and facility equipment. This includes automation and energy management systems. Skilled at facilitating diverse groups and implementing process improvements involving Lean plus and other matrixes. Leads his team with a culture of core values: Knowledge, Teamwork, Accountability, and Quality Service. Chris is a firm believer in safety and exemplifies a hazard-free mindset.
