Mr. Chris is THE best!! We called on a Wednesday night and by the next day our AC was up and running!! He is so patient and deliberate with his time. I've never worked with a more reliable and efficient person than Mr. Chris. Commercial or residential, Mr. Chris has your back.

posting per my google review to cover social media too - Our AC went out over the weekend in 90+ degree heat and Chris came to save the day! We called several companies on a Saturday evening and several companies could not do a service visit until Monday or Tuesday, but thank heavens for Chris - he was at our home by 8:30am on Sunday morning. Chris was so thorough, inspecting the outside unit, inside unit, all the wires, fuses and the main electrical board. He explained what he was looking at and doing through the whole process and when he found the problem he had the right supplies with him in his very organized and stocked van to do the fix. Chris is kind, honest, extremely knowledgeable in all things HVAC and he really went above and beyond to help us and fix our AC. This is the kind of good company that you stick with for emergencies and for standard yearly maintenance. We’re so thankful for Chris!

My A/C went out. I called Reliable Heating & Air and spoke with Chris H. I found out I needed new A/C equipment. I had Reliable do the job ! Chris was punctual ,professional, meticulous in his work and easy to communicate with ! I am very pleased with the results of work done by Reliable & Happy I had Chris do the work !

Chris was very knowledgeable in explaining the hvac system from sales to installation. He answered my questions and concerns. Chris was very courteous and very professional. Installation was done in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Chris and Reliable Heating and Air for the job.

If you’re questioning who to call for HVAC expertise, then your search is completed. I’m writing this review based on my experience to the benefit of others seeking reassurance. I contacted Reliable Heating and Air to perform duct and blower door testing for a new construction residence. Upon beginning the first of two tests it became quickly evident that corrections were necessary. Chris was most helpful throughout the entire process and ended the day with two passed tests. But, far beyond that is knowing that he operates a business based on integrity and trust. Both being values that are slipping away in other businesses today. If by now you’re still not convinced, then call someone else and struggle through the issue then call Chris to come fix it. Or, just make the right call to begin with! You’ll be glad you did!

Chris was on time, explained every step of his process, solved call issue and also did maintenance on second unit. Nice to have that AC working properly again.

Chris was on time, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the problem ( loud humming noise ) and fixed it. My HVAC is now ready for summer. I would highly recommend Reliable Heating and use him again.

Posted 3/19/2025: Called Reliable Plumbing and Heating before 8:00 am to request a service call after discovering leaking water from our HVAC. Chris returned my call promptly and was out on site 1.5 hrs after my initial call. He was phenomenal in his trouble shooting, corrective methods and took the time to throughly explain all the components of our HVAC system. As a retired contractor for 30+years from CA. I was beyond impressed. I highly recommend this company.

I had a new heat pump installed this week and I could not be happier with the process. From the beginning I could tell that Chris was very knowledgeable and a true professional. The installation went smoothly and Chris didn’t leave until he knew that everything was working to his standards - and he has HIGH standards! The price was fair too. No buyer’s remorse here! I would certainly recommend Reliable Heating & Air for your needs.

Chris displayed outstanding skills during the installation of my entire HVAC system. His attention to detail and constant tutorials provided to me made me feel very comfortable. Although, it’s only been a day. The work appears to be unmatched! Praying for more stress free days and nights to come 🙏🏾.

Chris came on an emergency call on a chilly Saturday morning and provided fantastic service. He takes obvious pride in his work, and did an excellent job ensuring the customer understood how the system should be operating, what was wrong, and exactly what he could do to fix it. He gave me options and recommendations. Moved in a few months ago and it feels good to have found my guy for hearing and a/c!

Such a pleasant way to do business. After receiving 3 quotes to replace my HVAC system, I knew and felt that I was getting a fair and honest quote from Chris. Chris and crew were very professional with the diagnosis, estimation, and repair work. They were prompt and as the business name suggests, reliable, among other things. The scheduling and completion of work was faster than originally expected and I was up and running in a few days with a brand new system complete with warranty which was filed by Chris himself, leaving no room for error on my part. My wife and I couldn't be more pleased with the quality and workmanship. The cost was very similar to other estimates also. I would recommend this company for any heating and air needs and will be using them in the future if needed. Thanks for your hard work Chris!
