Chris did an awesome job! We called Reliable Heating and Air when we started having heating issues, and he was out the very next morning to assess everything. After going over our options, we decided to move forward with a new system. Chris arrived early to get everything prepped and stayed late to make sure the system was running perfectly. Throughout the entire process, he was extremely communicative, clearly explaining each step, answering questions, and breaking down the technical details in a way that was easy to understand. He even took the time to walk us through setting up and using our new smart thermostats, which was much appreciated. Him and his crew were knowledgeable, efficient, and professional from start to finish. He also followed up the next day to make sure everything was working properly and that we were completely satisfied. We couldn’t be happier with the service and would highly recommend Reliable Heating and Air to anyone needing HVAC work!

Had an amazing experience with them. My shower knob was broken and my water would not turn off, he came same day, had the supplies with him, and fixed it within 10 minutes! He was super friendly and made sure 3 times that everything was fixed! Would definitely recommend!

Upon receiving a message we left the previous night, Mr. Hosch returned our call early the next morning, agreed to come out to our home, and arrived at the time he indicated during our conversation. He not only diagnosed and repaired the problem, but he also cleaned the unit and gave us many valuable tips and demonstrations on properly maintaining/using the system until our spring maintenance check. He is professional, courteous, and knowledgeable, and followed up with a phone call the next day, which is generally unheard of in today's service industry. We were/are pleased with his service, and we will definitely continue to use his company and recommend Reliable Heating and Air, LLC, to others.

While we were on vacation out West our a/c went out, luckily our oldest was home. My husband called Fiers owner, Ira Hancock, Monday morning. Owen Hancock came by Monday, then called to tell us we needed a new compressor. They did a rush order bc they knew we’d be back home Thursday night. Landon & Owen Hancock put in the new compressor on Wednesday (wow!) and called us as we were coming through South Dakota. We were so happy that we were already up and running again! The service, the friendliness, the promptness & the dependability of Fiers is the BEST! We will always recommend this brand and this family run business.

Our A/C died on us. We called Reliable to get us a quote to replace the unit. Chris was very prompt in returning my call and was out the very next day. We went with him not based solely on the rate, but I was impressed with his knowledge as well. Chris and his team came out and had everything installed in no time. As often happens there were unforeseen problems. Chris went above and beyond trying to solve the problem. He was able to narrow down the problem to a simple fix, and the unit is performing better than expected. Chris was great to work with! He was very through in troubleshooting the issue with the thermostat wire. He went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. 5 stars are not enough to put down for how satisfied I am with the Service we got from Chris. Chris was very friendly and courteous and his positive attitude was infectious. He took his time to thoroughly explain the system to make sure we didn't have any questions regarding the install and the system. I will definitely recommend him to anyone who asks for recommendations.

Words cannot even explain how amazing Ace is. This company exemplifies the term customer service. From the evening John came out and diagnosed the issue and today when Josh and his crew installed our new unit, everything was again, just amazing!! Ace is now my go to company for everything HVAC.
