Reliable is an appropriate name for this business! Chris was friendly, professional, and best of all, thorough. He walked through every possible issue with my system, explaining everything along the way. Didn’t end up needing any major repairs today, but he’s the first person I’d call if the need ever arises in the future. Also, I called and left a message very early in the morning and he called back as soon as the day began and made it to my house in just a few hours, quick and efficient!

They make the effort to figure out the issue and fix it. Excellent problem solvers. Twice they’ve been able to fix our system when another company told us the only solution was to buy a completely new one. Jaden in particular is a miracle worker in figuring out and fixing problems! We’re very grateful for them.

Chris is the best there is. Not only is he friendly and knowledgeable, he walks you through everything he's doing and doesn't leave until he's sure the job is 100% done. Our heater went out yesterday and we gave him a call - he was out here immediately, cleared out all the ice, told us what was going on every step of the way, and triple-checked that we were all set. He didn't try to sell us on anything we didn't need and didn't guess on what the issue was - he worked everything from top to bottom until he pinpointed exactly what was going on. Could not recommend him enough - you don't need to search for anyone else, just call Chris.

Reliable AC Company provided excellent service from start to finish. Chris came out promptly, diagnosed the issue, and fixed the unit efficiently. He was professional, knowledgeable, and respectful. Highly recommend them for anyone needing reliable AC service.

Chris did an awesome job! We called Reliable Heating and Air when we started having heating issues, and he was out the very next morning to assess everything. After going over our options, we decided to move forward with a new system. Chris arrived early to get everything prepped and stayed late to make sure the system was running perfectly. Throughout the entire process, he was extremely communicative, clearly explaining each step, answering questions, and breaking down the technical details in a way that was easy to understand. He even took the time to walk us through setting up and using our new smart thermostats, which was much appreciated. Him and his crew were knowledgeable, efficient, and professional from start to finish. He also followed up the next day to make sure everything was working properly and that we were completely satisfied. We couldn’t be happier with the service and would highly recommend Reliable Heating and Air to anyone needing HVAC work!

Had an amazing experience with them. My shower knob was broken and my water would not turn off, he came same day, had the supplies with him, and fixed it within 10 minutes! He was super friendly and made sure 3 times that everything was fixed! Would definitely recommend!

Upon receiving a message we left the previous night, Mr. Hosch returned our call early the next morning, agreed to come out to our home, and arrived at the time he indicated during our conversation. He not only diagnosed and repaired the problem, but he also cleaned the unit and gave us many valuable tips and demonstrations on properly maintaining/using the system until our spring maintenance check. He is professional, courteous, and knowledgeable, and followed up with a phone call the next day, which is generally unheard of in today's service industry.
